Hi, I’m Jess, I am 25 years old have a huge passion for travel, exploring and trying food! So I thought before 2019 comes to an end, I would start up a blog discussing my love for travelling and eating everywhere, as well as how I manage my mental health throughout my journeys.
I experience anxiety and have suffered from an eating disorder which can make travelling and trying new foods in new places very difficult. Along the way, I have faced many challenges but also developed skills on how to cope with mental health to fully enjoy my love for travel and food. I hope I can share with you some tips and tricks I have learnt along the way that may be able to help you along your journey.
I will be working on blog posts around places I have been including- Fiji where I lived for 4 months, India, where I did some university work, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Next year in 2020, I will also be travelling around Europe. I will be documenting my journey throughout my stay there for 6 weeks!

I look forward to reading! I have bad anxiety but really want to travel and see the world and experience things. I get fearful about having a panic attack on a plane or other hard places, as I had one on a mountain top and let me tell you that wasn’t NOTHIN nice lol.
